A good location, quiet. We would appreciate a la cart menu for breakfast. Buffet was limited and expensive.

We stayed in a room located in a strange modern yet outdated annex to the original building. Room was dark and unwelcoming; shower head wouldn't stay in position and soaked the floor under water pressure. Doors slammed in other rooms during early hours. Breakfasting area was overcrowded; no trays to carry buffet food to the table - saw a poor disabled man knocked off his feet by a woman flailing around at the coffee machine. Pool was full of leaves. They tried to charge us for a meal in the restaurant we didn’t have, claiming we’d signed for it!

Beautiful building needing major renewal. The “new” rooms are like staying in shipping containers!

The room was quiet and good but there was not enough staff at the front desk on arrival and especially the breakfast room. One person had to handle food, service, seating and clean up and it was chaos. Food was out and no tables, coffee machine broken. Expected better.
