Excellent staffs. Clean facilities. The layout of my room was a little weird as the vanity and shower are back-to-back without direct access. Convenient location for shopping and dining, but is slightly difficult for accessing by vehicle in some restriction hours. Only street parking is available.

Loved the location - near great restaurants, shops. The staff are above and beyond helpful in providing information on transportation, local things to see, etc. They also speak great English. The rooms were larger than usual for European hotels. Elevator is small but adequate. Clean rooms with hardwood floor. Such a wonderful city to visit!

The location in the people involved our fantastic that is the best thing about this hotel. It’s a good value as well.

Excellent rooms, centrally located in Avignon's old city. Also, walking distance from the rail line and day-tour pickup. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate, but nothing special, and parking, while challenging, is nearby.
My only issue is that this is in a BUSY location with lots of pedestrian traffic and you will hear a fair bit of street noise. If we were there at a busier time, it would've probably annoyed me.

Centrally located. Very walkable. Clean, fresh accommodations. Great staff. Highly recommend for an overnight or extended stay.

The hotel exceeded expectations with service, hospitality, comfort, and style. The location was convenient in the city centre and near the train station. The dark curtains were great for our jet lag. Overall a wonderful experience.
