The hotel was in an excellent location, very near to the train station. The front desk staff was very accommodating. The hotel room was a little run down. There was a strong odour in the room, I believe it was a sewer smell. When we reported it the staff did not appear surprised and said they would have it addressed. They did, but it was back the next day.

And the staff was terrific. Only problem was the bathroom had a strong odor at times when it was warm and humid.

Quiet, comfortable, excellent position, friendly staff, large room but decor is a bit dated and breakfast is anple and satisfying rather than exciting

I never had such bad experience as soon as i entered the room i felt a very strong smell that could not be tolerated. i asked for a change of room and it was denied but they offered to send a person to check who sprayed a little perfume and left. all night i could not sleep absolutely a terrible experience

Good room, as last year needs a coat of paint.shower needs descaling in shower.

Needs English speaking Television Only French and German speaking Television. Hard to Navigate Poor
