This is a perfect place for a stay during a visit to the Highlands/Inverness/Cairngorms National Park. We stayed with our children. The breakfast was delicious. Mark our host was super helpful upon arrival and was extremely accommodating. The guest house was so clean and well furnished. We enjoyed the use of the front living room area. We also were able to do some laundry which was great. I would highly recommend this guest house!

Room small room but comfortable ,but all u need for 1 night.near to centre .breakfast was great ,only downside water took too long to dispear from shower and had to switch it off before over flowing .

We really enjoyed our stay in the family room at Cairngorm Guest House. Super clean and comfortable with an incredible breakfast service included before we headed out for a day of adventuring! We really appreciated the drying room at the property after our brief and rainy visit! Parking was a bit tight, but adequate, so we loved that there were several dining options in walking distance too!

Lovely and welcoming. The rooms were spotless and the whole place was beautifully done. Staff were friendly and helpful. Owner greeted us upon arrival which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was good, porridge was the best I had tasted. Over all a great night sleep. Highly recommend would definitely stay again.

Lovely Aviemore Guest House
Large guest house with ample parking. A lovely room with excellent facilities. Great shower pressure in our en suite. The place seems to have been recently decorated and looks great. Very efficient breakfast service.

We had such a lovely stay at the Cairngorm Guest House! Staff were incredibly friendly and eager to help. The breakfast was delicious with excellent variety of choices. The warming room was handy for drying our clothes after wet adventures in the park. Would definitely visit again!

Perfect stay
Lovely staff, great room with very comfortable beds and proper sheets. Wide selection of breakfast served, and all of it was delicious. Will definitely come back and stay here next time I’m mountaineering out of Aviemore.

Went to cheese and tomatin for our evening meal. It was very busy so they took my phone number and called us back. Excellent service in there and quality food. We recommend it. 5 min walk away from accommodation. All the staff here are friendly and helpful. Loved the stay here. Beds are comfy too.

Immaculate guest house in the heart of Aviemore. Breakfast was wonderful. Mark, the owner personally met us at check in and showed us to our room. He even gave us great recommendations for dinner and places to hike in the morning. You can really tell that he loves what he does and cares about his guests having a great experience. This property is 5-star; there is no question. The staff are there when you arrive, the rooms contain everything you need, and there is nothing they won’t do to assure your satisfaction. Again in the morning, they are there doing everything to please their clients. Breakfast was just delicious. Everything was fresh. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. We would definitely return. Also, we loved this area. It was a pleasant surprise. It reminded us of our homeland - mini Banff, Alberta Canada
