Very nice property, good staff and spacious, clean rooms.
Restaurant is only open on weekends. Pool is still closed at the end of May.
They apparently could charge you a 1-hr late checkout.
They will bill you €5 if you don’t return all the keycards.

Dear Fausto, thanks for your feedback; we always try to give each guest a very comfortable experience. Our pool is still closed because of the bad wheater of the last weeks. As you have experienced, the temperature is still cold and the heavy rain of the last days didn't allow us to prepare the pool area (usually in mountain areas of the Region, like ours, the summer season didn't start before June or later). A late check-out could compromise the daily cleaning of the rooms so, when we have high availability, it is not a problem for us to offer a free late check-out but when we are almost fully booked, it is normal that, if it is not possible to prepare a room after the late check-out, we could charge it. For the keys, it isn't so unusual asking for a fee in case of no-return; this measure needs to be taken to ensure that this practice is discouraged. This information is written on the privacy form you have signed during the chek-in. Our Restaurant is open for luch and we are working to ensure the service also for dinner; during the summertime, there is also a light lunch service for the pool area. The grounds were nice and clean, and the staff was awesome….all were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are traveling through Avezzano.

Just the perfect stay. Easy to get to. Property in excellent condition. Staff all amazing and one of the best breakfast we ever had. Highly recommended for anyone. In particular if visiting one of the neighbouring towns.
