The property and staff were great. Lots of pros. The only cons are thins walls and ac unit.

Your staff was rude, not available to help when the key to my room
Didn’t work and the condition was overall terrible. The worst aloft I’ve stayed at. Used to stay at aloft exclusively but no longer after this experience
