"This is an amazing property with combination of the best location and really clean and nice apartment. It’s literally 2 minutes away from the main square and other attractions. "The deluxe room is smaller than expected due to the layout of the room, but washer/dryer combo is included and located inside the bathroom (pay 1 euro for detergent). There is housekeeping. The sofa looks dirty and very stained to a point where I do not want to sit on it even with outside clothes, but the bed sheet for the sofa bed looks clean. The kitchenette is fully equipped if you want to make small meals. The water heater tank is small. If you are a party of more than 2 people, you can't...

"The communication was appalling. The phone number listed on hotels.com is wrong. I did not receive the email with the check in instructions. Once check in is done, you are supposed to receive an email with codes for the front door and the apartment door… I am still waiting for this email and I have already checked out. The phone assistance has awkward hours, the person answering is bored and answers one question at a time and you need to call back… unbelievable!"

"I love this property!! To start with, I communicated with the hotel via Expedia messaging prior to my trip and Pestaña always responded and quickly at that. Upon arrival, I was able to check-in early which was much appreciated after a 15 hour journey. The staff was so nice at check-in and also throughout my stay. I called down once during my visit for some more Nespresso pods and housekeeping brought them to my room within five minutes. That is the kind of service Pestaña provides. The hotel was in the BEST location. I booked this hotel not knowing any of the neighborhoods but consider my self lucky for stumbling upon this gem. There no noise concern. Lastly, the hotel was absolutely adorable. My room was decorated beautifully and spacious enough for two people. Like I said, I love this hotel! I already made another reservation with Pestaña for another stay in 2 weeks…but this time in Spain!"

"When traveling through Lisbon this hotel continues to be my first choice. it is conveniently located in walking distance from the airport. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast, which is included in the room price, is offered at very convenient hours, starting from 2am on."

"Our 8 night stay was excellent. The staff are uniformly friendly and professional. The small coffee/snack bar was convenient for a quick bite and there are excellent restaurants within a short walk. Our room was comfortable and we enjoyed having a kitchenette with in room laundry. Would definitely stay again. "
