Excellent location (but be prepared to walk uphill!) and very welcoming staff. Loved the breakfast and the amenities. It was very easy to get to trailheads for Rose Valley, Red Valley, and Love Valley without driving. Also really enjoyed the recommendations given by staff.

The property is gorgeous, clean and well maintained. The property is family run and you can tell they care about the guests’ experience. You are always greeted with warm smilies and attended to.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and it’s a decent place. I was really impressed with their hospitality, and most of the staff spoke good English, which made communication easy. The property is really nice and approximately 2 km away from the city center, which we liked because it’s calmer than staying in the city center. Every morning, you can see hot air balloons from the property itself. Overall, the property is nice.
However, we did encounter a few issues:
1. We chose the junior cave suite, and there was some white dust that kept falling from the ceiling, which made our hair and belongings feel dirty.
2. Parking is quite challenging due to the very steep and slippery hill, but the staff was always helpful in assisting with parking.
3. Every morning, we were served the same Turkish breakfast. After two days, we got a bit bored of it. I think some variation would be appreciated, especially for guests staying longer at the property.

The property was just outside the main strip - but the view was flawless. The staff was extraordinarily helpful! The one young lady spoke Turkish, English and Spanish!

Customer service and staff were amazing, they even let us check in early due to arriving earlier than expected, the breakfast was really good with plenty of options. We would definitely stay here again!
