Loved the stay here. It is on a hill, so walking down was intense on my legs. I loved the kitchen and everything about the suite. The staff was very nice. The bed was comfortable. I liked the dining table and the chairs. The windows were nice and open. Nice place I would definitely stay again!!!

There are no staff on duty. Full kitchen is not full. HVAC system not functioning properly. Insufficient toiletries. Calling it a mini suite is a little too much. High price for the rooms compared to its value.

I’d like to clarify that our front desk is staffed during the day, and we have team members available 24/7 for any assistance you may need after hours, which is prominently posted at the front of the hotel for your convenience.Regarding the HVAC system, our mini-split A/C units are routinely serviced and designed to provide optimal comfort. If you experienced any issues, we would have been happy to assist you in adjusting the thermostat.Our mini suites are equipped with all the necessary pots, pans, and utensils to facilitate hotel-style cooking. We also provide a sufficient supply of toiletries and offer daily room service to replenish any items as needed.

Could have been cleaner. Door would not lock shut. Front staff not always available

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear about your concerns, but I must admit I’m disappointed that you chose to share them here instead of bringing them to our attention during your stay. As a small hotel, we don’t have 24-hour staffing, but we do have someone on-site and encourage guests to reach out using the posted contact information for any issues. Had we known about the door or cleanliness concerns, we would have addressed them immediately.

Poor maintenance of the showers one was broken and the other water comes out in a corner when you take a shower.
