Not any other options in this town so in the future we will stay elsewhere. Pile of old air conditioners made the hallway reek. Ice maker didn't work. Linens were obviously very old.

No elevator, no pool, coffee always gone. Room was clean and quiet. Need cigarette trash container at side door for employees.

I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I have stayed in many hotels and motels across North America and in other countries and had no issues at this location and I can be quite picky. The building is clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly. They have pet-friendly rooms with ample amount of outdoor space for dogs to run around. The breakfast bar and coffee were a nice extra feature.

Terrible experience. The furniture was stained by who knows what, the room was not serviced, the “continental breakfast” was slim Pickens. I was one of only a couple of guests in the hotel so it should not have been hard to take care of the room. The furniture was disgusting and needs to be replaced.

Well there is still a black mold problem. The bathroom we stayed in had a bit of black mold.

The Ava Super 8 didn't have any local attractions in the fliers in the lobby. Fliers for Rainbow trout and Game Ranch (rockbridgemo.com) or "Buckin A". Horse back riding, Local parks ect.
