Our stay was just one night - slept great and everyone was very pleasant. Breakfast was great!

Sheets were dirty and the property common areas were also worn and needed cleaning. The bathroom floor was also grimy. On the positive side, the front desk staff was professional, and the breakfast staff member was great. She clearly took pride in doing her job well and was very conscientious and quick to keep items supplied and cleaned.

Bed in sofa needed clean looked like bugs in it.

I paid for my hotel room on Expedia. when i got to the hotel they ask for my credit card. I assume it was for incase i used room service. but no, they charged on credit card for what i already paid on Expedia and i cam getting nowhere with this hotel getting a refund!!

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We understand that your reservation was prepaid, but since you did not arrive on your scheduled date, it was marked as a No Show and cancelled. The No Show fee is the rate for the first night. Since your reservation was made through Expedia, they will need to process your refund. When you arrived, we were happy to assist you with a new reservation directly through the hotel. If you have any further questions regarding your original reservation, please reach out to Expedia for assistance.
