Over an hour to check in. Reservation messed up. Room smelled, brought it to attention at front desk had to get room spray from front desk. Other issues with incompetent staff. Bedding smelled

Disappointed
Posted 19 Feb 2024 on HotelsThere were no dishes, silverware or cookware in the kitchen. I specifically booked the efficiency knowing I'd be in town for 2 weeks, and did not want to eat out the entire time. It did not need to be fully stocked, but something would have been nice. If I had known this was not offered, I would have chosen another hotel. Otherwise it was clean & comfortable, and the staff was friendly.

Great place to stay if you are there for a long period of time or work wise. Very convenient the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Dmar was excellent! He was friendly, happy, helpful and so funny. He made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in the front entrance until we left a week later. The room was no frills but very clean, we couldn't hear our neighbbors at all. Lyft service was available so we could go out at night and have fun without worrying about driving. We had a great trip, and having a comfortable safe home base was a huge part of that. Thank you Extended stay and front counter staff Dmar!
