I had the absolute worst experience ever.
Upon arriving, I had great difficulty receiving the keys to my booked stay.
After finally getting the keys, we arrive to a very filthy room. There was no remote either, so we couldn’t watch tv. A lot of roaches from the bathroom. Also, there were a lot of bed bugs.
Finally, my partner accidentally left the keys in the room, so we were locked out. While we were waiting outside, trying to figure out what to do, some homeless people outside started to fighting. This caused a lot of people to check out what was going on.
A lady that works there stepped outside and got them to leave. I had asked her if she could help me with my situation and she unlocked my door, but told my partner and I that we had to leave or she would call the cops.
My partner and I were absolutely dumbfounded. We don’t cause any trouble and didn’t want to escalate anything so we left and got another hotel.
The only thing I can think of why she was so upset is because she was interrupted of sleeping with a guest in one of the rooms.
The absolute worst experience I have ever had.

Buildings are in set in wooded area and makes for a pleasing atmosphere. Area is very clean.
