Requires Urgent attention from who is in charge
We checked into the hotel and found our room to have poor mattresses. The sink had no hot water and the shower had no cold water. The shower head was shooting needles. We complained and asked for another room. We were informed that the hotel is fully booked and there was no room available. We had a 10 night booking and asked to check out early. We were informed that we could do so after the second night, which we did with the assurance that we would be charged only for 2 nights. Upon following up with Hotels.com, we are now being informed that this is not possible. It is a completely unacceptable situation and needs to be rectified immediately.
