The hallway smells like the litter box that been sitting there for months sheets were dirty room wasn't clean properly stuff breaking easily AC not working AC starts smoking

A roach was in my room. I found an eyelash on the counter. The comforter was stained.

Overall this place did well for my intention to stay for the night. Staff was very friendly. Back door didn't lock so that would be a security concern for families.

When we checked in at 5pm we had to wait almost 20 minutes for our room to be made ready. When we were allowed to go to our room we stepped off the elevator into an entry way that had 3 or 4 bags of trash stacked near the elevator door. We went to our room to change clothes and check the TV - the channel selection was very poor - only a few channels actually came in with a viewable picture and those that did were in Spanish. We then left the room to go to dinner and as my 28 year old son approached the elevator he saw a fairly large rat run across the entry way from the stacked up bags of trash into a room that had an open door. The entire facility was not lit very well and had a musty (dirty) smell to it. Was not a good experience at all - we will not stay there again.
