Diamond was caring courteous and helpful. As hard as i saw her work, she should be getting a raise. She took care of everyone's needs efficiently and with a smile on her face. Bravo

Desk staff even manager not knowledgeable and attentive of their guests, terrible checking in process…waited long for checking in. Went there as a group, my friends were given the key to the room not even clean yet! Definitely not coming back, not worth the $326 per night!

Smells really bad in the room, I nearly vomited. Room not clean. No shampoo or other provided-I have to buy the shampoo sample from the vending machine. Doesn’t deserve the price. The staff at the front desk were rude and unprofessional. Really bad experience overall. I will rate a 0 out of 10 if I can.

Nice hotel for a quick stay. Hotel is fully monitored by several cameras with a security guard on property. Downside upon check in room had no towels and bath water was hard to regulate
