What a beautiful hotel!
The room could use more powerful AC, but we live in Austin so heat is a norm, but the stay was still nice.

Staff was great. The rooms were less than desirable. Staff was attentive from mgmt to valet but the room was a little short on amenities but it was the day after ACL so I will give a little grace

The hotel exterior is beautiful. Trees and gardens are great. Bed is a platform bed. No TV
Furniture is basic. Bathroom is sparse. Pool is beautiful but cold. Restaurant is ok, but you have to like the Mediterranean menu

We do have TVs in all of our rooms, they are hidden behind the curtain - however, I apologize that this was not communicated to you at check-in.
