Arrived after paying online through Expedia but they did not have a room available. Had to go somewhere else and then had to spend over an hour on the phone with Expedia for a refund.

Had a reservation but I arrived and there was no room available,even though I had paid online. Was waiting in the lobby and there are no restrooms in the lobby, just in the rooms. Had to leave and find another hotel when they could not give me a room.

The person checking me in was very kind and very understanding. I was a little sketched out when I arrived. it took about 10 minutes to get some one to let me in as it was after 10:00. The lady at the front desk was very kind, however the lobby was not taken care of. I got checked in, went to the 4th floor, the doors opened and the smell of marijuana was overwhelming. I found my room, walked in, turned on the lights and heater. It was clean, but extremely dated and when I turned on the heater, it hadn't been used yet so the burning smell was overwhelming. I was in the room for only 5 min when the smell of marijuana infiltrated my room and I could hear people yelling and screaming outside my door. I opened it only to find no one was there, they were in fact in a room down the hall. I proceeded downstairs to the lobby and checked out.
