The room smelt of black mold, sure enough went in the bathroom and the ceiling was covered

We went during the Formula 1 event . We had booked our reservation ahead of time . When we showed up to check in at 7:00PM they said that our reservation had been cancelled. They cancelled our reservation to sell it to someone else for a higher price . I’ve been reading the reviews and it’s something they constantly do. The hotel was filthy , the screens torn as you enter the building on the second level . I was so disappointed because he had to pay triple the price for a last minute stay . Stay away from this unethical, filthy place !

Roaches had reserved the room already. After meeting 5 roaches, I had to leave. So gross and absolutely frustrating. They are understaffed so I don't blame the front desk person... but a room should never be that gross.

No Tv in the room. Asked the manager for compensation since there was no TV. She said No !! I paid for a room with TV. Didn’t get compensation !! Hotel Not clean !!! Will never stay there again !!!
