The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was also very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning with our coffee ☕️

Breakfast and resultant are not good. Low quality food.

Beautiful place, well designed. The only complaint- hallway carpets need deep cleaning.

Staff was excellent- however we had to change rooms so my mother could have a bar in the shower. The original room was great the new accessible room had the following issues:
-zero overhead lights - very dark at night
-no microwave
-batteries in shade were out so had to leave shades open
-no hot water in bathroom sink
-shower water temp had no regulation- would run cold 10 min -then warm up but shower quick cause scalding hot after 5 minutes of ideal temp-I think the gears were stripped
-room had a safe but it was not turned on so it did not function
Overall, I think this was the only accessible room available but it had quite a few issues the first room did not
-we did not complain to the staff since we had already asked to change rooms and did not want to be difficult
