It was a good decision to stay at Austin Condo Hotel. Definitely when back in Austin this will be my preferred property.

We got contact number lte so on arrival we were delayed
We also never received the cutlery but got a day later. Also parking was hard
The stay was most comfortable and liked all fixtures in the condo. Thks.

Amazing view BUT: the place wasn't properly cleaned. Leaky and nasty toilet brush in both bathrooms, french fries and food stains on the balcony. Rest assured we shared that with the host prior to writing a review but got zero feedback. It was very confusing because prior to check in there were numerous texts, emails and reminders but after we shared our complaints: nothing! The view is amazing though and that was what we held on too.

Overall a great stay. The property’s decor was beautiful and it was really clean. Loved the kitchen amenities. The only thing is that there is no housekeeping at all and with the property named “hotel”, the expectation was that we would get some level of housekeeping during our 5-day stay. We arrived with quite a few bath towels and sheets inside of the dryer and we weren’t sure what to do with them, so we ended up being our own housekeeping and folding them up and putting them in the bathroom. (That said, there were clean towels in the bathroom and clean sheets on the bed. Perhaps, the cleaners forgot to take the extras out of the dryer.)
I did ask reception about housekeeping and they gave me a number to text to which I never got a reply to.
Other than that, the property is great! The pool is amazing and I do recommend for families.
