My stay at this facility was nothing short of terrible. Upon entering our room we noticed that the floors were dirty and there was an odor in the hallway. Since we arrived at 11pm and were traveling with two young children, we decided not to reach out to the front office staff as we were more concerned with settling in and getting the children to bed. I then decided to take shower and the first thing I noticed was not only we Lee there not enough towels for our party, but the hand towels were dirty and had black marks on them. I proceeded to shower, grabbed a towel to dry myself off, but upon opening the towel I noticed there was pubic hair and what looked like someone’s hair from their head in the towel. At this point I was concerned of bed bugs. My family and I decided to sleep on top of the covers, and I immediately made reservations to stay somewhere else the following night. Early the next morning, we packed up and I made a complaint to the front desk staff. They let me know that I needed to reach out to the manager as I requested a refund for the second night that were to stay. I reached out to the manager via text (recommended by hotel staff) and I have not heard from him/her yet. I do not recommend this place. The room was dusty, dirty, and I will not stay at another Candlewood Suites ever again now.

This was an ok stay for me. They do accept pets, so the hallways were no always the best smelling. That's a turn off for me. The staff was nice enough, but really didn't seem as if they loved what they did. Not a horrible stay, but also, not EXACTLY what I'm accustom to. In a word... MEH

The room was not clean. Smears of something on picture and wall. The shower pressure was nonexistent.

Comfortable, clean , and in a quiet area. Very peaceful and staff was very helpful & friendly.

Good Hotel

In a good location for where we were visiting. It was a bit rundown in the hallways. My main complaint is being given one towel and wash clothe per person on a multi night stay. The water pressure was great in the shower and our room was very clean.
