"Friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was a good spread with delicious breads, fruits, meats, cheeses, etc. room had a good shower and updated bathroom with a lovely mountain view. My only negative during my stay was the carpet in the room could have been nicer-there were footprints and stains on it. Also room had a strong perfume smell I could have done without. "

"Not a great experience. They never replied to my emails asking about facilities. Confirmation and T&C's only sent to me on day of arrival. It only took 5 hours for someone to give us a key to get in. Oh and don't forget to take your own cups and glasses to make up for what's missing. "I stayed for one night on a cycling trip. I was very happy with everything. Nadia met me at the door and explained everything nicely. She was able to provide secure storage for my bike around the corner from the property. The room was smartly furnished and a generous size. The breakfast, as noted by others, was delicious and extensive. It was a pleasure to share it with some other guests. Shops and centre ville are close by. I would definitely stay again."

"Wifi was 30 Euros for the week. Bedding + towels + tax 107 Euros. Distance about 200m from the ski lifts and 125m from Supermarket and restaurants. Ample free parking outside. Sauna was hot 90 C and pool had plastic liner (though satisfactory). Always busy after 3pm. Ski passes 195 Euros / 6 days. Room could have been cleaner. Staff don't speak English. Ski lockers too small to store boots. Impressive ski area (2nd visit) but you need good snow to enjoy the most."

"The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."
