"The manager whilst seemingly polite was inattentive and did not check the room booked was available. Offered alternative room that was not suitable but we had no choice but to take it. I was offered a refund but it was not forthcoming and still hasn’t been received. "

"Property was full and not enough close parking. The beds were really uncomfortable. I think that for the high price we’ve paid the conditions could be better. The lady in the reception was adorable, the bedsheets and towels were exceptionally clean. It was only 3 minutes away (car) from downtown and the telecabine. Great little hotel

"From the friendly texts with entry codes and other information, through to the clean and well equipped accommodation, this place is a great little hotel. Located opposite a swimming pool, and the Agnes Varda Cinema, it couldn't have been more peaceful. Couldn't even hear the goats bleating from the surrounding hills! Have stayed here before. Will stay here again."
