The manager called me accusing me of stilling an alarm clock from the room, and told me I was being banned from all the Quinta hotels, first of all I am a business woman that owns a business, I own 2 cell phones, and both phones have alarm, why should I do something like that?. I felt very offended, and accusing without proof is even worst. This was the second time staying here and did not have a problem like this the first time. I have stayed in numerous hotels around the world and have never ever been disrespected like this.

Hotel room is spacious, but smelled bad. Breakfast did not look good. Lobby areas not kept clean.

2 lamps burnt out, & no-one could find bulb replacements; tv didn’t work. No directions if it did work. Frustrating. Not enough help at desk.

Had it not been for the recent hurricane I give them the benefit of a doubt and possibly it is better in normal conditions. Too expensive for a comparable room elsewhere.
