They only cleaned up your room every three days. I didn’t like that at all. I won’t stay there again.

I used online check-in because I knew my flight was running late. When I got the hotel at 11:30ish PM, they checked me in and sent me to my room. Upon unlocking the door it wouldn't open but a little bit as the security bolt was in place. I said hello but no one would answer. Went back down to the front desk and upon the news they scrambled around for about 20 minutes before admitting they had no more rooms and couldn't find me a single room within 50 miles. Thanks Hyatt, Bravo!

Had a reservation for 48 hours...called corporate to confirm 24 hours in advance...full balance charged to card in advance...burned precious fuel during a natural disaster (hurricane helene) to make it for check in and was turned away. Told they weren't accepting new checkins. I was told when i called corporate to confirm our reservation that the facility was operational sans phones. Had to burn more fuel to return my wife and dogs to our destroyed home. Where I sit now...a week later with no power and 3 bottles of water left. I dont blame the staff. She showed me the text message from her GM giving those instructions. I got no email, text or call. No follow up later to check on my family. Very disappointed.
