False advertising. Chose this hotel because their ad said pet friendly—we travel with a service dog. Clerk said no pets allowed and would not budge, even for a service dog.

I didn't like the fact that the tub was clogged up and took all night for the water to go down. The refrigerator was leaking. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been. The sheet and blanket was to thin. The bed was uncomfortable and made too much noise whenever you turn in it. The housekeeper was also a bit rude when it was time to checkout.

The bed was hard it was uncomfortable the room smelled like smoke still I had to go get some Lysol spray the room down in the property was poorly killed

After booking and prepaying when I went to check in was told no rooms were available. Clerk/owner promised to refund prepayment, which never happened. Had to request CC company to reverse payment. I slept in car that night. DO NOT BOOK THESE THIEVES

Sir our city was hit by hurricane storm on 27th September so we can't confirm anyone's refund as there is no power or internet within my area we will confirm the refund whenever we get internet

There was no power at the hotel upon arrival and there had not been. I have no idea why they would even accept the reservation....I need a full refund on the charged amount for the room, we did not stay and the manager was very rude.

We are not rude people we explain to customers that we don't have power now if you people want to stay I will give you a room if you don't want to stay I will give you when the internet comes in my motel than I give refund we have not misbehaved with them guests We have helped the guests during this time

Maan, i booked a Room on epedia and wen i gor tho the Hotel the staff Tood me that there wasnt any rooms available, so i hade ro sleep in the streets do that i live in Miami and came to vacation to Georgia to have to go true this Ugly experience
