The staff working was very friendly and helpful. No problem with check in. The room and bathroom were clean. I really enjoyed my stay.

Enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning

My stay at this hotel was awesome. The staff that i encountered were very courteous and professional. Any question or needs that my family and i had they were ready and able to assist. I also would like to give a shout out to Tammy and Cherae they were really friendly and i enjoyed talking with them. They really showed that extra effort and i really appreciated them. I will definitely be returning and recommending this hotel for lodging.

Hotel was nice. Clean and well kept. Staff had difficulty with hotels.com payment and Marriott 800 number was no help resolving. Very sweet manager fixed it later in the day.

Everything met my expectations. My room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was great.

The one reason we booked this hotel was because of the indoor pool for my kids. But upon arrival we were told that it was closed. So we wasted 2 nights for.nothing.

Poor Quality

Tee quality of the room was not up to the standard i am accustomed with the Marriott brand. The refrigerator was unplugged - when plugged in there was a puddle. Staff came immediately & said it was probsbly because it was unplugged. The shower curtain did not fit the width of the tub. Consequently, when taking a shower vold air cane in from the front & back. The sheet on one of the beds was too small revealing a less than clean mattress. The staff was great but the quality of the room wasnt. My sister & i left & checked in at the Hilton across the way for the sane price. We will not return to the Fairfield next year or any time visiting our mother in Augusta.
