Mr GlorimarWhen you write horrible without staying in our property, That's very sad. We know your frustration,you did not show up and Expedia charge for your reservation, You paid them as per Expedia policy it was no cancellation and no refundable.If you have book with us we never charge the guest until they arrive at property and depends booking type.We feel sorry for you.

Convenience to the hospital

The hotel was clean and quiet. However, the $100 security deposit is charged to your card ( not a temporary hold). The refund of your security deposit will take up to 15 days give or take to return to your card per staff. So, do not stay here if you cannot afford for your funds to be tied up for that long.

Since you chose to pay with a card, we did inform you that the refund could take up to 15 days, depending on your bank's processing time.
