The bathroom door of my room looked like it was kicked in! Also the toilet barely flushed. The tub surround was grimy in spots. Whatever cologne they used in the room it was way too strong and almost hard to breathe.

This hotel was disgusting! I really should’ve scrubbed the reviews better because this is a 1 star property at best. When we arrived, homeless people were in the process of being kicked out of the hotel. We went out for dinner and when we came back, the homeless people were staged on the grass and there was a police detail in the parking lot. I will say the front desk lady was very nice. But…. The hotel is dirty and super outdated. I’m not even sure if our tub was ever cleaned since there was hair in it. The pillows leave a lot to be desired, you could see the mattress was deformed from use and age, there are cracks in the walls, the breakfast looked like it had been popped into the microwave, the treadmill in the fitness center was broken and for the first time, I was afraid I was going home with bed bugs. I’ll never stay here again. Choice hotels should be ashamed to have this hotel in their brand!

When I got there to check in they were questioning whether or not the toilet had been fixed in that particular room and they were unsure but still rented us the room anyway....Woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and the floor was soaked because the toilet seal had been leaking... The next day I complained and they moved us a few doors down...Both night had people above us banging and slamming the floors at like 4am... Next time in in Augusta I don't think Me of my family will be staying there... Also website shows a hot tub in the pool room there was no hot tub to be found....

This property, we chose because it said it had a heated pool and a hot tub. The pool was colder than the Maine ocean, and there was no hot tub. We are very sorry we chose this hotel.
