Absolutely disgusting hotel. Extremely dirty,rude staff, everything was broken and disgusting DO NOT EVER STAY HERE

Took us 3 hours to get our room and the tv didn’t work and the Air Conditioning was stuck on 70 degrees

The cable for the entire property was out. They knew prior to us checking in but we were not told until we tried to turn a show on for the kids. The fire alarm in our room just beep so obnoxiously. There were not extra linens for the pull out sofa. The rooms are dirty. The carpets are sticky and there was hair all over the bathroom and shower. And don’t look at the box springs. Disgusting. Free breakfast was awful. I would never stay here again. The smell in the hotel is awful. Even the hallways stunk

There was a constant whirring noise from the elevator every couple of seconds
