Staff was amazing, front desk, bartenders, restaurant manager, everyone! Loved the lobby, the staircase and chandeliers. Downtown not so much. Not many stores open tho we had a great brunch at Toaste

The water does not get hot in the shower, it was hotter washing my hands than my body.
