It is very nice hotel; clean, quiet, big rooms. Receptionists were especially helpful; although there was no kettle in the room they gave us one from the kitchen. there is a water station available at the entrance. Only minor issue was that it is not very convenient to reach the city center; walking 12-13 minutes to tram station and then tram rides take another 20-25 minutes.

It is clever with the code for letter box to get the keys to the rooms after the reception time. However, I found an old towel hidden behind the curtain on the heating radiator.

For check in we had to call as we havent received info from the property. That was the only issue we had! The property felt safe and had what we needed, but the surrounding not as much. Supermarket close by but we wanted to eat and it wasn't as easy as we taught..

it was dirty and the staff was never there and when they was you wouldn’t hardly see of them; no help at all just pure arrogance. huffing and puffing when me or friends was asking a question!

Last minute booking on a road trip thru Bavaria. Cute little hotel with great amenities. The air conditioning was welcome on a hot summers evening.

The hotel is located near the end of the tram line and is then easy to get into the town centre. A supermarket, with excellent bakery is close by, so sandwiches, cakes are available early am onwards.
Hotel staff are friendly and room was clean, comfortable and airconditioned.
Would highly recommend

Location is good for the tram to Munich cwntral, a supermarket and bakery. Easy to access and staff relatively helpfyl
