The staff s really super and most likely the reason for the overall rating score the hotel receives. The hotel is so dated ... it’s hard to imagine the hotel rating being above a 3, unless you’ve never travelled.
It seems the staff at the hotel are beginning to refresh some rooms.

It is unfortunate to denigrate the opinion of most of our customers! In fact, most of them are regular customers who are used to travel. We therefore have full confidence in their judgment.
