Great location and good place to rest after a long day touring the city and vicinity. Staffs are very helpful and friendly.
The only thing may need to improve is to change few items for the breakfast. Same things are almost each day.

I stayed here to be downtown and somewhat close to the wharf. There was construction around so it was a bit noisy and one of the lifts was acting up. However the dinner and breakfast was great and the dining area was a great spot to breakfast and watch the world go by.
A bit of a hike to the wharf but I did it without too much bother!

Well laid out accessible room. Lovely reception team. Dining is amazing as is the rooftop bar.

Room was comfortable and clean and quite adequate. Instant coffee in room left much to be desired but hotel is right across the street from Odettes and Ugly Bagels. Bagels are great.
Street noise is very apparent. Hotel is on pretty busy corner and traffic noise started about 4:30. Loud enough to wake me up. This is why I gave it a lesser rating.
Location is convenient to dining, shopping and sky tower. You might have to walk a bit but I didn’t mind that as I got to see a bit of the city.
Overall I would stay again knowing about the poor window quality but I would ask for a room away from noisy streets.

Very good room, great breakfast. Loved the asian vegetarian restaurant. Staff efficient and friendly. Close to heart of the coty.

The property was well maintained, clean, friendly staff, great room service, the only downside was the soap all contained avocado oil which my partner was allergic to.
We stayed in the junior suite which was fantastic.
