Like this property. The rooms are big and very comfortable. The only thing we were disappointed about was because it being Christmas Day on our first morning our room was not serviced and we had no dry towels or clean washcloths on our 2nd morning. We understand the holiday problem but fresh towels could have been left for us. Other than that all was good and would stay again.

What l like is already mentioned in the boxes above but just one thing I didn't like about the room we were in, no fan or ventilation system in the shower to get rid of the steam and clear the mirror. Otherwise everything else is great 👍☺️

It was an amazing property, close to evverything including beach. Room was a a smidge dated, but their attention to detail was wonderful. They even had a heated mattress pad, wowsers!! Pub food was great also.

Everything was excellent, Bathroom can just do with a bit of an upgrade as it's very unattractive compared to rest of the room. The shower is also not suitable for tall people.

Have stayed here before and thoroughly enjoyed it, hence my return with 4 family members. The rooms are soacious and the bed enormous and comfy, clean, if a little tired. Sadly due to very antisocial neighbours, leaving two dogs unattended in the room barking for several hours until late in the evening this has put me off future stays although this is not the propertys fault. It's a shame though but we did enjoy Snell's Beach and surrounding area
