Checkin wasn’t very efficient, took 40mins. Room advertised was replaced with 2x single rooms initially which was cheaper than what we had booked. Trainee was helpful on the front counter - just had no support from anyone else. Cafe/Restaurant was good.

Clean, comfortable room, free parking, easy check in after hours and located right next door to the Due Drop Event Centre which was super convenient for me. Will be my go to when needing to stay in Manukau.

Front desk and F&B team needs some communication to be on same page. Bad experience. Also staff in Front desk and F&B team needs customer relationship training. Housekeeping staff were really helpful. They made our stay better.

Parking was the only good part. Bedroom sheer curtains were so ripped that they offered no privacy. Lounge had none. Asked for addtional pillows two days in a row and never received them. Cafe food terrible. We were given the wrong times for breakfast and were reluctantly given a $50 credit to use in the cafe. We didn't use it all, so I asked if balance could be applied to the bill but was denied. We won't we returning or recommending this accommodation.
