Very handy location to the Auckland Harbourside with all its eateries and shopping at Commercial Bay . Adjacent to Britomart rail/commuter station . Friendly staff that really make this a great place to stop in Auckland

Good location, restaurant and rooms. Can get very noisy outside on the weekend. Good location near attractions and eateries. Room service breakfast isn’t worth what they charge but hanging the order form on the door handle outside the night before is a nice touch. Overall very good.

great place to stay to explore the CBD. Lobby staff were great and valet parking was a great addition.
Only downside was the staff at the roof top bar on our first night was very average when we went to visit. The morning breakfast staff were very good however so hoping it was just an isolated incident
