The staff are lovely. There was a few bugs in the room I stayed in. The bathroom and facilities are great. The beds are comfortable. The walls are quite thin so it is a bit noisy. I would stay again

Oh my goodness the staff i delt with they were fantastic . I Arrived sat the 14th , The young Gentleman at reception was ever so helpful he went out of his way to help me out i am just so so thankful for his help , and the morning of the 14th the reception lady was so lovley . So for The Reception staff i would give a truthful rate of AA A , The Staff Deserve a Big Pay rise for all they do. !! . As for the inconsiderate people in the room next to me banging and thumping things everytime they bumped the wall it vibrations through my bed and headboard kee me awake most of the night up until at the least 4:30 am and talking loudly , in which i left a Complaint about this was just pure ignorance

I booked through Wotif and there was no notification of the $250 refundable bond that was required upon checkin so it was a bit of a surprise. The staff member was lovely though and said they had sent out an email about it which I must not have received since booking through a third party. Lovely stay and room was perfect. Would recommend to friends and family.

Super cute, but disappointing
The hot tub reeked of mildew, and the stains were hard to ignore. The pool water didnt look very clean either. The queen bed was actually two singles pushed together with a light top sheet over it. Nothing to try to to commect the two mattress so you end up falling in a hole in the center. Not that kiwi food is good to begin with, but The Poolside restaurant food was appalling. Overly salted and reminiscent of plastic. The staff were really friendly and kind, so they got that going for them.

The room was not convenient for us because I experienced bug bites in my arms during our first night. And it was horrible. I did complain about it and they just transferred me to another room. This worst experience with my boyfriend was so unforgettable because it was our first time together and this is what I've got. We will not come back to this hotel.

An enjoyable stay. We were unaware of the $200 cash bond required, but were prepared to pay. Great food and friendly staff. Carparking was very difficult to get and out of at the top especially when the carpark was full.
