Our not so straightforward holiday.

We stayed at Leroy Suites during very stressful times and felt safe and very well looked after by the lovely staff. When things come back to normal we are very hopeful that we will get the opportunity to stay there again and would recommend the hotel to other travellers. We wish the Management and staff all the very best at this difficult time.

There was very little equipment in the gym, 2 people couldn't work out together

Nice facility, terrible service

One thing we feel we might mention regarding the LeRoy hotel is that the house keeping service has been terrible. For two days, we have not had any room service at all. We spoke with the man at the front desk and he apologized saying they were short of help, etc. etc. We arrived back to our room at 6 p.m. and no room service. I was annoyed. Our tiny garbage cans were full, floor still dirty, etc. So I did it myself, collected the garbage and went down and asked where the dumpster was located. Then I saw an open room near our room with cleaning supplies, got a vacuum and got the job done. We have been here for 9 days out of a 12-day reservation, and the floors have not been cleaned. We even left a note asking them to please vacuum. We did get them to change our sheets a day or two ago, at our request. The front desk attendant was very nice and apologetic. I find it strange that such a nice hotel would have such poor service. I would not recommend this place to others now.

The rooms were really nice. The only thing that kind of put me off was the outside where the buildings below havent been filled etc. Its not the hotels fault but just seemed a bit empty for the area. The hotel and staff were really great.

As the entire establishment (Complex) is fairly new it is taking quite a bit of time for the rest of the shops to be open and fully operational. There is quite a bit of selection ranging from Japanese cuisine restaurant to Chinese barbeque, cafe, cake shop as well as a pizzeria. Nice kinda strange

Signed in and settled in but later got rung up to see when we were planning on checking in? Came back on second evening to find that the room key no longer worked!
