I wouldn’t recommend this place to a friend or family member. It does lack simple elements like a directory, I tried to reach the front desk using any combination of numbers and characters, no luck. There were two big flies we couldn’t get rid of. We managed to dispose of the roach “we saw”. The carpet was torn out at several places and its cleanliness suspect. There is black mould around the shower. The wall’s paint is damaged and stained at different locations.
In summary, it’s cheap and convenient to the airport but it leaves a lot to be desired. IMHO

Housekeeping was abysmal - no one took any responsibility. Housekeeping was not done everyday inspite of calling the reception.
Cockroaches in the room.
Stains on the bed linen.
Not at all kid friendly.
Not worth the money.
Stayed for a week and was not getting any response even for basic amenities.

Floor was dirty, and the bedside table was not properly fitted; it dropped off while sleeping.

Stayed one night before our flight out. Good price. Staff service was lovely, friendly and keen to help. Convenient free shuttle to and from the airport arranged by the front desk. Rooms were very clean and beds are very comfortable.

good spacious room, parking ample, clean and quiet environment,
licenced restaurant with gd menu options, particularly Indian selections, dish portions very generous for hungry guests, waiting staffs are pleasantly helpful
breakfast offers basic continental buffet, room we stayed 104, toilet seat loosely moving, shower not strong enough, yet we stayed room 301 two weeks prior, bathroom facilities are in good order, i shall check in again absolutely with no hesitation, highly recommended
