Great Option
Posted 21 Dec 2019 on HotelsVery spacious apartment with all the required amenities. Centrally located on a prominent street only a short walk from the ferry terminal.
Note the apartment is located in the City Hotel so you need to enter the hotel and use their elevators to get to the unit.

The best location

Natalia was responsible for the check-in, show and explain us everything around, and did an amazing job. We felt very welcomed and secured, as she made herself available for any problem we might find during our stay. Recommended!

We did not provided with procedure guide of air conditioning system. Shower water was not hot and water pressure is weak.

I'm sorry, you didn't have the best experience. Your feedback is much appreciated and issues will be addressed. For your information: There is a complete guest guide in the apartment, which includes aircon instructions. Water supplied equally hot with good pressure in whole CityLife building, there might been some incident over New Years night, but I'm not aware of it. I'm always open for communication and most of issues resolved the same day.

Excellent large apartment but not that quiet
Posted 29 Sep 2018 on HotelsGreat apartment with everything you need. Very comfortable and big area. Friendly welcome. The only thing that wasn’t great was there was lots of noise from a bar next to hotel until 5.00am. Very noisy, if you’re wanting a quiet place this isn’t the place for you

Hi Alison, thank you for feedback. Sorry that you didn't enjoy your quiet time. Bar is usually not that noisy, but that was Cher concert that night, Auckland not often host Superstars like her. Apologies again.

도심에서 가깝고 깨끗한 최고의 숙소였습니다. 와이파이, 수영장, 헬스장 모두 이용하는데 불편함 없었고 좋았습니다.

オーナーさんが親切です
Posted 4 Aug 2018空港からSKYBUSでCITYへ行き来しましたが、乗降バス停がすぐそこで、荷物の移動が楽でした。シティライフホテルの中にあるアパートメントで、オーナーさんとはメールでスムーズに連絡がとれました。急にチケットを印刷しなければいけなくなったとき、オーナーさんがプリントして届けてくれて、大変ありがたかったです。部屋は広くて、テレビがリビングと寝室にそれぞれついています。リビングのソファーベッドも快適でした。また利用させていただきたいです。オーナーさんがとても親切です。
