Pleasant accommodation; clean, spacious and at a reasonable price. Close to city and Parnell. Opposite supermarket. Friendly staff and efficient check in.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be very convenient due to its proximity to the CBD. It’s just a short walk to cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket, which made exploring the area super easy. The hotel is also located near a parking lot, which was handy, although it’s worth noting that the parking isn’t free. Overall, the location is excellent if you're looking for convenience, but keep in mind the extra cost for parking.

We have been staying at Imagine Beach Road on and off for a few years now. The staff are courteous and go out of their way to accommodate us. The hotel is very clean and convenient. We walk into the CBD, Britomart for shopping and dining. The Viaduct is within easy walking distance. The hotel has 14 floors. We have stayed on the 13th and 14th and they are quiet. Parking is offsite and if you have a SUV (high) vehicle like ours, a Toyota Prado Land cruiser or similar, it is too high to fit into their allocated parking. We have to park in the Wilson Carpark approximately 1 minute walk from the hotel's front door at a cost of $45 per day. This is not a problem and very secure. Never had an issue. The hotel is inexpensive by comparison to others nearby, so we don't mind paying for the Wilson Carpark. We would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

On our travels to Auckland for a concert held near by we looked forward to our stay at Imagine Beach Road for how close it was to the Spark Arena (actually cancelled a booking at another Hotel to be closer). We were disappointed that reception staff were not overly warm and inviting, one in particular that manned the front desk majority of the time.
We were also disappointed that there was no toaster or microwave in the room as this would have made having breakfast in more cost efficient and convenient, however having said that I should have checked out the amenities before booking. The other issue we had was the heat pump in our room was only blowing cold air, would have been great if it was summer but instead made it quite chilly, we did notify cleaning staff as they were in the hallway when we tried several times to suss it out, they also attempted but could not work it, on a plus they did bring in an extra oil heater.
Bed was conmfortable and bathroom was nice

Walking distant to Downtown and the major transportation. The facility is well-maintained and the decor looks nice and cosy. The stuffs are nice always.
