Nice property in the heart of the business district. Convenient to waterfront and parks. A bit noisy. Very nice rooftop pool. Gum facilities are ok, not great.

Great check-in experience provide by a Tahitian girl (didn't get her name). She was welcoming and friendly. Very efficient and chatty.
Unfortunately, my stay was let down when I was checking out. I call reception to organise my vehicle from valet parking. I got no answer after waiting on phone for 10 minutees, so I hung up. I went down to reception, but no-one there. Used the phone at reception to call the Duty Manager, but again no answer. I looked around for someone, but no-one was around. Called again, got an answer and advised my vehicle would be there in 5 minutes. It took nearly 15 minutes to be brought around to the entrance foyer.

Property has all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay but the overall condition of furnitures and carpeting is old evident on the smell. Water dispenser in the lobby was empty when we checked in the afternoon and never replace until the next morning. Staff confused on which car was mine and initially took the wrong car from valet parking and almost gave me the keys. Just a little messy.
