The building is old and it’s an unusual set up (weird giant wardrobes haha) but it’s absolutely fine for what you pay for. I stayed here with my 16yo son for two nights as we went to concerts both nights at Spark Arena. We parked up the car the whole time and could easily walk to shops, eating places and the concerts. Importantly, the facilities were clean and we were comfortable and my car was safe and secure in the provided park and that’s what mattered the most. Would definitely stay again next time we go to a concert.

Probably what one would expect for the price. It was fine for me. Good shower, bed comfortable. There was a distinct smell of cigarette smoke in the room.

Staff were super helpful went abovr and beyond i expected, place was clean and tidy easy to find. Bay front was within walking distance and had plenty of food choices.

I stay here often and the staff are always accommodating
