The wifi was the worst I’ve ever experienced anywhere in the world. We couldn’t even load simple emails or map directions. They need to invest in updating this as an essential service for travelers.

The only annoying thing is the keycard/elevator controls which is all wonky.

Property is a bit run down. Staff are really polite and responsive when you bring an issue eg no milk in the room or shower gel to their attention.
Okay for the money you pay.

We spent the night of our anniversary here and we were delighted to be spoilt with a special message, chocolate, wine and a room upgrade. Thank you for making us feel like celebrities. Great place to stay - highly recommend.

Very affordable centre city accommodation in walking distance of everything.
Parking a bit difficult but available.
Would have liked to know restaurant would be closed on Sunday night.

Adequate accommodation for the price you pay.
Enjoyed our stay. Basic continental breakfast, but perfect to get the day started.

Staff were amazing. Heatpump needs filters changed so didn't work, but apart from that decent place to stay
