We have always stayed in this hotel due to their excellent service especially at Auburn and Fort Wayne. Beware at Indianapolis though, the staff there are inconsiderate

I liked that it was secluded, easy access from I- 69, front desk was exceptionally friendly,polite, and helpful.

I had never heard of Tru by Hilton, so this was my first stay at one. It's a very nice place. I realize this is fairly new, and hopefully, they'll keep it up to the same standard. From the people who are there, I would figure that they will keep up the property.

The property is very quiet, very clean and close to the events that we attend in the area. Typically will have 4 or 5 stays in a year. We have yet to have a bad experience with the staff. They are always pleasant, helpful, and accomodating. This trip we had the pleasure of checking in with a relatively new employee, Maive(?). She was very helpful and fun to interact with!

A very nice stopover whilst visiting the Auburn Car Museum.
