The place is gross, dirty, my tv didnt work, the heater didnt work. . Alot of shady people hanging around the parking lot. Felt unsafe. Complete waste of money. I was better off staying at a motel 6.

I believe there were permanent residents residing there from the pandemic. Many were really creepy old dudes. Had a minor issue and needed maintenance to resolve so we could shower- i was so insulted by his words and behaviors and the rest of my stay he pretty much harassed me. I left one night early and will never recommend or return. So awful.

First room was dirty; second room hadn’t been cleaned. Waited in lobby till staff confirmed Third room is OK and clean. Two light switches don’t work, three decaf coffees and only one regular coffee. Staff had to come show how the TV works. Not an easy check in at all, but staff is very helpful.

The room we had was in the main building where you check in and boy what a difference from the outside rooms.

The hot tub has been empty for a long as time. The bathtub plug/stopper was broken. I chose this venue because I believed there to be a hot tub sauna and bathtub. The plumbing in bathroom was bad. Twice I had to ask a plunger be provided. The second request for a plunger wasn't fulfilled. The hot tub sauna shouldn't be included as an ammentity as it is empty not operating and therefore is false advertising.
