I cannot accurately rate this property because it was closed for business. And unfortunately, Expedia was not aware. It was VERY disheartening to pull up to the hotel, see that it is closed, & then have to scramble to find another place to stay. Then, I could not even find a phone number to call Expedia. I had to Google an actual number. Even then, I was taken to having to download the Expedia app which still did not have an actual number. Only the virtual assistant. The only actual number that could be found was under, “PissedConsumer” when googled. The only communication that could be had via the “itinerary” was a virtual assistant that was not programmed to understand when a property is actually closed for business. Once finally getting through to an actual person, she was extremely helpful, & I was able to get my money back; however was not able to get my money back for purchasing the “travel guard” which is for the hotel booking protection. Apparently, that is only for the first 15 days after purchase which makes zero sense. I am still very grateful I was able to get my money back.
