Not a good experience. The hotel is in the middle of town renovations (surrounded by bulldozers, barriers, and no access by road). It was extremely hard to find access to the hotel (had to take a one-way street, park on a delivery spot to check-in) and there was zero communication from this property on how to access the hotel. Because of the renovations, they had no parking options, I had to pay to park at a nearby parking deck but the walk from that parking to the hotel felt incredibly unsafe (homeless people accosted me every single time). Drinks were good but food was terrible (worst fish and chips and Cesar salad we've ever had). Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Incredibly noisy from the road work that started at 6am. I do not recommend.

Dear Camille,I am sorry to hear that your stay did not go well, but I would like to provide some clarifications regarding your comments.The city of Aubagne is carrying out works to install a tram line, which literally surrounds the hotel and forces us to endure the visual inconvenience that such works can cause. We do not have a parking lot and have never had one; that is why we collaborate with the Marché parking lot, located a 3-minute walk from the establishment.We would love to be able to solve world poverty, but we cannot. However, I guarantee that your message will be forwarded to the town hall service to support our requests regarding the surveillance of the neighborhood in which we are located.I take note of your comments regarding the food you were served so that we can improve.We hope to welcome you again to show you our expertise.Sincerely.

Very clean, quite spacious rooms, comfy bed. Good air quality in the room, with proper a/c and humidity control! Equidistant from Marseille, Cassis and Aix-en-Provence.

Unbelievable - we turned up on Friday 13th October for our booking to be told the hotel were overbooked and they had no room for us, I have since seen my credit card statement and they've had the cheek to charge our card. Not only were we left high and dry on a busy weekend in Marseille, we've even had to pay for the privelege.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. Will stay here again and would recommend it. Breakfast is included and dinner is available in the hotel’s terrace cafe with beautiful view of the city. Walking distance to several restaurants and train station. Public bus is free within the city. Great location and overall a very excellent place to stay.
